Please refer to the practitioner’s booking system regarding their individual cancellation policy.
Please Read our Policy’s Page before booking with us.
What do I do if I am running late for an appointment?
We allow for a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, it is considered a no-call, no-show, and you will be charged the agreed-upon amount outlined in your practitioners policy. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours.
Can I wear fragrances?
Due to the sensitive nature of our practitioners and guests, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes and fragrances. Please note: We do use essential oils in our practice.

Do you accept HSA or flex spending accounts?
Currently, we do not accept HSA/flex accounts on payments for wellness services, but we hope to change this in the future.

If you plan to use one of our “Buy Now Pay Later” options, we recommend signing up beforehand to confirm your approved amount and ensure the cost is covered for your service. Either way, you won’t be charged until after the appointment.
Do you offer parties or group events?
In the future, we plan on providing private events for a fun and relaxing spa experience for you and your group. This will be updated to when group events are able to be booked through our contact page.
Looking to maximize the benefits of your detox program?
If you are undergoing a liver and gallbladder flush, a parasite cleanse, or a full-body detox, why settle for only partial benefits? If your colon isn’t clean while detoxing, your body may recycle toxins, leaving you feeling sluggish and flu-like. Closed-system colon hydrotherapy can reach much higher in your body than any at-home enema, helping to enhance your detox experience.
Is Colon Hydrotherapy safe?
Yes! We use FDA-approved closed-system equipment in a clean, private space. A trained therapist stays with you the whole time for support.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of treatments required varies for each individual and their specific condition. Typically, an initial series of 3 to 6 sessions is recommended for a gut health “reset.” However, if there is accumulated waste or years of constipation, more sessions may be necessary. Recommendations will be provided during your appointment. We also offer discounted packages and memberships to meet your cleansing needs.
What is the difference between closed and open system colonics?
Closed System Colonics uses water that penetrates more deeply into the body, providing a more thorough, hydrating cleanse. The waste is eliminated through a closed tube, providing a smell- and mess-free experience for most sessions. A therapist remains with you throughout the session to ensure optimal results.
In contrast, Open System Colonics use water to remove waste from the lower colon, which is expelled over an open drain. After demonstrating how to use the machine, the therapist leaves the room.
