What is Buccal Massage (also known as Intra-Oral Facial Massage)

is a specialized technique that works both externally on the face, and internally through the mouth to release deep muscular tension in the jaw, cheeks, and facial fascia. The face contains one of the largest nerve networks in the body, making this area especially responsive to intentional touch. By gently softening overworked muscles and connective tissue, buccal massage supports lymphatic drainage, eases TMJ discomfort, reduces puffiness, and encourages natural facial contouring—all without being invasive.

About Kayla

Kayla is an Advanced Practice Licensed Esthetician with nearly a decade of experience in the skincare and wellness field, and a devoted focus on advanced esthetics since 2019. She officially began her solo practice Skinstrology in March 2021 with a focus on skin health, corrective treatments, and holistic care. Her intention has always been to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and deeply cared for throughout their skincare journey.

Kayla believes that great skin comes from a blend of consistency, education, and personalized care. Guided by her mantra of “healing the skin from within,” she focuses on understanding the root of her clients’ skin concerns and tailoring treatments that bring lasting results. With a thoughtful, whole-person approach, she helps clients build healthy routines, feel empowered in their skin, and experience a renewed sense of both outer rejuvenation and inner renewal.
